1. Introduction
InfoHound ("we", "us", or "our") operates the InfoHound website at infohound.ai and the InfoHound mobile application (collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our Service.
2. Information We Collect
Account Information
When you create an account, we collect your email address and a password. If you sign in with Google, we receive your email address and basic profile information from Google. We do not store your Google password.
Usage Data
We collect anonymous, aggregated analytics (page views, feature usage) to improve the Service. We use Google Analytics on the web application. The mobile application does not include third-party analytics SDKs.
Push Notification Tokens
If you enable push notifications on the mobile app, we store your device push token to deliver notifications. You can disable notifications at any time in your device settings or in the app's Settings tab.
Anonymous Preview
If you use the Service without an account, we store a hashed version of your IP address to manage the free preview window. This hash cannot be reversed to recover your IP address and is automatically deleted after 24 hours.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and maintain the Service
- To authenticate your account and manage your session
- To send push notifications you have opted in to
- To improve the Service based on aggregated usage patterns

5. Data Retention
